How to subscribe for 3 months free trial?
You may simply subscribe online it will take approximately 2 minutes) or To/Cc/BCc your next email to info@commbaseind.com. We’ll take 2 days time to validate your request and set up an account for you. You will be informed via mail as soon as your account is set up and ready to use.
How I can upgrade my subscription from Free Trial to Paid Service?
You will be required to send us a notification two week prior to completion of three months free trial service indicating your confirmation to go for Paid Service. We will send you an acknowledgement email including the cost of the service. The price you have to pay is simply the fixed monthly fee for continue using the service.
Can we install CommBase on our own server?
We don't offer installable versions of Commbase. It is only available as hosted service. So you are free from maintaining the servers, the security, all the updates and improvements.
What are the system requirements to use CommBase?
CommBase is a web based application, so you don't need to install or download anything. The only thing you need is a web browser (CommBase supports Internet Explorer 6 and Firefox 1.5.0.7 and higher), and access to the internet.
Can you customize CommBase for us?
We provide a single version of CommBase while free three months trial subscription period. Once its paid service for a customer, we offer customization options, you can always change the colors, upload your own logo, and set up custom categories for your account.
Is CommBase available in other languages besides English?
At this time the CommBase interface is only available in English, but CommBase does allow UTF-8 character sets so you can enter content in many languages including Spanish, French, German, Japanese and Chinese.
Do you provide support?
We provide unlimited support via email, but we do not provide support over the phone. We do our best to respond to every email within just a few hours of receiving it. Just mail us at support@commbaseind.com.
Whenever I try to log in, the login page just reloads and doesn't display an error message. What's up?
The most common cause of this is that your browser isn't set to accept cookies. Turn on cookies in the browser so the application can track your session. Another possibility is you have a firewall or security system set up that is too strict. It's preventing cookies from being accepted or JavaScript from being run. CommBase needs both cookies and JavaScript in order to function properly.
